HIGH GAIN AND NATURAL OVERDRIVE
The Lava’s core function is a transparent MOSFET-based booster. A key advantage of MOSFET technology is its ability to create soft and musical clipping, closely resembling the natural saturation of tube amplifiers. This allows the pedal to produce a warm, rich tone with harmonic richness and creating loud, dynamic and natural overdrive at high gain levels.
 
Lava Booster can easily overdrive a tube amp for a amp-specific overdrive tone or even add a compressed fuzz-like texture in its upper gain ranges.
